i. Canadian Experience Class

This program is designed for people who have recent Canadian work experience or have graduated and recently worked in Canada:
- Applicants must hold a temporary work permit and have one year of full time work experience,
- Work experience in a profession that qualifies under managerial occupations, professional occupations, or technical occupations, OR:
- Be a foreign graduate of a Canadian post-secondary educational institution with minimum of one year Canadian work experience following graduation,
- Applications must be submitted while working in/or within one year of leaving employment in Canada,
- Must be fluent in English and/or French and meet the score requirements on the English or French test,
- General requirements for Health, Security, and Criminal Background Check apply.
ii. Trade Skilled Workers

This program designed in 2013 for people who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade.
Note: iii. Skilled Worker through Express Entry
A skilled worker is a person who applies to Canada on his/her own without sponsorship. Under this category the point system is determinative.
- Applicant; must score at least 67/100 points,
- Applicant must have at least one year continuous, and paid (full-time or the equivalent in part-time) related within the last 10 years.
- Maximum points for age are given to applicants with 28 years of age.
- Higher education AND the level of fluency in English and/or French AND Spouse’s English language proficiency AND applicant’s relatives in Canada AND Validated Job Offer does help in the success of the application.
General requirements with regards to Health, Security clearance and lack of criminality applies.
